1. Ordering and Service Delivery
Orders for our software development, AI solutions, mobile applications, and other services are subject to acceptance and availability. Our team will work with you to define the scope, timeline, and deliverables for each project.
NovaTech will strive to deliver services on time; however, delivery times may vary based on the project's complexity and client collaboration. Any changes to the initial agreement may result in adjustments to the delivery timeline and costs.
If your quotation says something different from these terms, your quotation applies.
2. Payments
Work starts once a 25% deposit is paid, and the remaining amount is due when the project is delivered.
Larger projects are paid in three parts: 25% deposit, 35% at an agreed milestone and 40% after delivery.
The price and payment schedule for your project are the ones written in the quotation you accept.
The deposit is not refundable once work has started. If you cancel during the project, you pay for the work done up to that point, and we hand it over to you.
3. Maintenance, Hosting and Support
For 6 months after delivery, hosting, maintenance, bug fixes and small changes such as text, images and prices are free.
After the first 6 months, you can continue with a monthly or yearly plan.
Support is available 24/7 by phone, WhatsApp or email. New features and redesigns requested after delivery are quoted separately.
Your domain is renewed at the exact price the domain provider charges. NovaTech adds no fees on domains.
4. Modifications to Services
NovaTech reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service with or without notice at any time. We will inform you of any significant changes that affect your ongoing projects and work to provide alternatives when possible.
Any modifications to a service already in progress may incur additional costs, which will be discussed and agreed upon before implementation.
5. User Responsibilities
By engaging with our services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions or licenses related to the content you provide for our development services.
You agree not to use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
6. Ownership, Hosting and Data
Once your project is fully paid, you own the code written for it. Until then, NovaTech keeps all rights to the work.
Some parts are NovaTech's own building blocks that we reuse across projects. You get a free, permanent licence to use and change them inside your project. They remain NovaTech's, and the licence does not allow reselling them or using them to build products for others.
Third-party services and open-source libraries used in your project remain under their own licences.
The content and business data you put into your project stay yours.
By default, your project runs on NovaTech's hosting, storage and databases, so you don't have to deal with servers or renewals. If you prefer your own accounts, that works too.
If you decide to move to another provider, we keep your project running for up to 7 days while you move it, and we hand over your data and code. After that, anything running on NovaTech's accounts stops.
We register your domain in your name as its legal owner, then buy and renew it for you. Whenever you ask, we move it to your own account without any NovaTech fee. If you keep it in your own account, renewing it on time is your responsibility, so your website does not go offline.
NovaTech's brand, website content and designs may not be copied or reused without prior written permission.
7. Confidentiality and Portfolio
We keep your business information confidential and sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) on request.
We may show your project in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
8. Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected through our website or services will be used solely for project management, service delivery, and customer support. We will not share your data with third parties without your consent, except as necessary to provide our services.

9. Limitation of Liability
NovaTech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claims or damages related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service.
We do not guarantee that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted. Use of our services is at your own risk.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Egypt.
